What do you do?

Make sure you look at all of the aspects of the email.

Sign-in and enter all of the information requested.

Reply to the email with your personal account information (username, password, and other information). If they care about their customers they will fix the issue themselves.

Call your grandson, he knows everything about these darn online accounts!

Call the phone number of the local Bank of America and ask them about the email. The email address the email was sent from seems funky, so you want to make sure everything is okay.
