Congratulations! You are correct!

The second most popular type of social engineering attack that targets the older population is 'pretexting' which is when someone pretends to be someone they are not to gain your trust and to convince you to divulge personal information like credit card information.

Here is a tip whenever you answer your phone: If you are encouraged to provide personal information over the phone, make sure it is someone you know and that they have provided information that only they would know. If you ever don't know if it is actually that person on the phone, do not be afraid to ask to meet in person to discuss the matter, as that is always the safer option when providing personal information.
